Release Notes: Raccoon v3.4

Raccoon v3.4 is a maintenance release

New:

• The useragent string is now configurable. This should solve the "App not found" problem (check the handbook for details).
• Added a feedback dialog.

Changed:

• Update the newsfeed before showing the GUI and use a shorter cache TTL.
• Some minor UI tweaks
