Gnarwl is not dependent on any particular LDAP schema and the ISPEven2 schema should be treated as independent of the auto responder. That said, the vacationStart, vacationEnd and vacationForward attributes do not have a functionality in Gnarwl. They are only defined in case the system administrator wants/has to to set up a company wide default out of office message like:
Hello,
this is the mailbox of $cn, who is out of office from $vacationStart till $vacationEnd. In the mean time, $cn's email will be handled by $vacationForward.
